Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Lifescape Global LLC ("we") operates the blogging service LynxPress ("the Service"). This policy explains what information we handle and how.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following.
- ・Your name, email address, and password (stored only as a non-reversible hash) provided at sign-up
- ・Articles, pages, categories, and design settings you create or edit
- ・Images you upload
- ・Files and text you register as "knowledge" for the AI to reference when drafting
- ・If you connect Google Drive: the contents, names, and modification times of the files you select in the Google picker
- ・If you connect Google Drive: your Google account email address and the credentials issued to us for that access
- ・Cookies used to keep you signed in, and access logs
2. How we use it
We use the information to:
- ・Provide the Service, create accounts, and verify identity
- ・Draft articles with AI and search your reference material
- ・Publish and deliver your blog
- ・Send necessary messages such as password resets and incident notices
- ・Improve the Service, investigate faults, and prevent abuse
3. AI processing and transfers
We use Anthropic’s Claude to draft articles, and Google’s Gemini to summarize text, read text from images and documents, and create the numeric representations used for search. For this, your instructions and the contents of your registered knowledge are sent to those providers.
We do not provide your articles, reference material, or images for AI model training, and we use these providers under settings that exclude your content from their training.
4. Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We read only the files you select in the Google picker. We do not read other files, the contents of folders, or your Drive as a whole.
We use that content solely as reference material when the AI drafts articles for your own site. We do not show it to other customers, use it for advertising, or read it ourselves, except when you ask us to investigate a problem or where required for security.
When you disconnect Google Drive, the file contents we stored and their search representations are deleted. You can also revoke the connection from your Google account settings.
5. Knowledge files
Uploaded files are stored on the disk of the server that runs the Service. Their contents are split into passages and converted into numeric representations so they can be searched.
This material is searched only within your own site. It is never referenced from another customer’s site.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use them for any other tracking.
On our marketing site (lynxpress.com) we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and our own analytics to understand how the site is used. Microsoft Clarity may record on-screen interactions.
7. Retention and deletion
You can delete your articles, images, and knowledge at any time from the admin screen. Deleted knowledge files are also removed from the server disk.
To delete your account, contact us at the address below. After the deletion process we erase your data promptly, except for copies held in backups until they expire.
8. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law.
To operate the Service we entrust processing, to the extent necessary, to the AI providers named in section 3 and to providers of hosting, file storage (Cloudflare R2), and email delivery.
9. Security
Passwords are stored as non-reversible hashes and repeated failed sign-ins are rate limited. Credentials for connected services are stored encrypted. All traffic is encrypted in transit.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For significant changes we will give notice in the Service or by email.
